I just spent 5 days in DC with the Ovarian Cancer National Alliance conference. One of our long time board members is a guy, Dennis, from North Brunswick, NJ. (His sister was a founder of OCNA and she was my pal in our support group) I mentioned to him I had been in New Jersey a few times this spring and said the name DCH. He stopped and said, DCH?! They fix our cars. They're amazing. They give us BMW service on a Toyota car! He told me some story about the dealership driving him home so his wife wouldn't have to pick him up. And he explained how he had bought cars from other DCH places, but hadn't bought this car from DCH but that DCH does all his service. He went ON AND ON about DCH and I nodded along and said yes, they live the DCH Way. He said whatever it is, it works, and that they're terrific. I told him about SADD and he was very impressed.

This is my best car buying experience. I got all required information before I went to the office so it made the process much easier and quick. Also the sales rep was very friendly and anwsered all my questions. He even answered my questions after the sale quickly.

I usually dread a trip to a car dealership, but Armando and the staff of DCH Kay Honda changed my mind! Professional, knowledgable, and PATIENT, he made me a believer that all car dealers and salesman are not created equal. I love my new CRV!! He made the difference. He explained everything in detail and answered every question!

I was dreading shopping for a new car because my experience in the past was not always good. I do not respond well to high pressure sales. However, my experience at Kay Honda was very pleasant. I went in once to test drive a Civic when I was considering other makes as well. Marc went with me on a test drive and explained the features of the car. He followed up the next day with a phone call to see if I had any questions and if I was still interested. A few days later I came back for another test drive, since I had narrowed my choices down to a Jetta or a Civic. Again Marc was very helpful and explained some of the features in the Civic that I would not get in a Jetta. I came in a third time to discuss price. I brought with me an internet quote from another dealer. Kay Honda was able to make me a similar deal, so I purchased the car there. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, and I did not feel the pressure I have experienced in dealing with other car dealers. Based on this experience I would recommend Kay Honda to friends or family.

DCH Academy Honda

This is the second used Honda I have purchased in the last 5 months. I have dealt with numberous dealships and salepersons.
Edward was by far the most gracious, professional, and helpful associate I have dealt with over this time. I would not hesitate to recommend Edward to a friend.
If I was aware that Edward moved to a different dealership, I would be very tempted to move with him as I felt he would not mislead me on a purchase.

I went into DCH Academy Honda to look at a Certified Pre-Owned Honda. I read almost all of the reviews and decided this was the place to go. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, but I knew I wanted to get a great deal....and boy did I ever!!!
My sales consultant was Edward Moy. He was fantastic! I got such a good deal on my Honda Civic EX, I still can’t believe it! If you’re in the market for a new or used car, I definitely recommend DCH Academy Honda in Old Bridge! You'll be very pleased with the service and with the prices!!! THANKS EDWARD MOY!!!!

DCH Paramus Honda

Like all car salesmen John Medrano said he would work for me to get me a great deal. John however was different, he delivered. I initially stopped in just to look at the trim packages I had a full day of dealership visits scheduled. As much as I loved the Crosstour I assumed it was out of my new budget requirements. John went with me on a test drive in the 10 Crosstour and I loved it. I'm still not sure how but he managed to get me in the Crosstour EX-L and meet my budget requirements. John was great and I would recommend you make an appointment with him when you are ready for your next car. Even though Paramus Honda is extremely busy I was relaxed and not rushed through the process. I would recommend them to anyone who is sick of the games and just wants to buy a good car for a good price.

I had been shopping a while and found some other dealers and salespeople less than straightforward, making the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. This was not my experience with DCH Paramus Honda or John Medrano. He was clear about what he was offering and true to his word, and he was polite and friendly. He is an excellent salesman and I would highly recommend him to friends looking to purchase a car.

I LIVE IN NEW YORK I BOUGHT TWO HONDA ACCORDS FROM MY NEIGHBORHOOD DEALER . I WAS MISERABLE BOTH TIMES TO SAY THE LEAST 4 TO 5 HOURS EACH TIME . SO I LOOKED ON THE INTERNET AND CAME ACROSS DCH PARAMUS HONDA NJ , I DID MY CREDIT APP ONLINE THE NEXT MORNING VERNON FAITH INTERNETSALES REP CALLS ME AND ASKED ME WHAT COLOR I WANTED AND THE USUAL , TRADE IN QUESTIONS, WHEN I ARRIVED THE CAR WAS WAITING FOR ME , VERNON REALLY NICE GUY , I THEN MET WITH CHRISTINA ANELLO , A SWEET YOUNG WOMAN, NO PRESSURE, NO NONSENSE, I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THIS DEALER TO PEOPLE AND WILL DEFINETLY USE THEM AGAIN...PS I WAS OUT OF THERE IN UNDER TWO HOURS .
